Returns Policy

• Returned goods must be reported to Buffet & Hutch, and authorised before returning.

• Damaged goods will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Our Dispatch & Goods Tracking System allows us to determine receipt date.  We will not refund any damaged goods reported more than 7 days after delivery.

• Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired.


• All goods returned must be in original packaging.

• For returns other than damaged items, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged.  Also, freight 'to' will be foregone, and return freight will be borne by sender.

• Buyer is responsible to return damaged or change of mind goods to one of our locations if you have opted to pick up.

• If you have opted for delivery, Buffet & Hutch will collect or swap damaged / deffective goods.
